It's funny how some of my favorite band's crowds don't overlap at all. Martin Luther Lennon directly followed a show by Quark (featuring ex Third Grade Teacher bassist Sharon Schloss), so the whole 3GT crowd was there for Quark, then most of them left and a whole different crowd arrived for the MLL show.I took the product placement shot of the night, SeveroClassic, and Steve took all the rest, including the wonderful shot of Wendie Colter blowing him a kiss. Robbie and Lisa once again showed the kind of posing versatility and creativity that will make them the poster couple of Poseur mag for `99 (of course, once either of them steps on the stage and picks up an instrument, they're anything but posers :-). |
