So after seeing a gig at the far south end of the 110 the night before, I
came to a gig at the far north end of the 110 on Sunday. I figure if I'd
have left right after the Walter Clevenger set and walked straight up the
110, I'd be road kill before I got outta Pedro. But if I had walked straight
up the 110 and managed to dodge all the cars along the way, I'd have made it
to the pub just in time to see the Teacher.
A bunch of students and parents from Sabrina's school were at this gig. I was thinking, if any of these kids are in Sabrina's class, third grade will never be the same. But I guess these kids (and their parents) are a bit better at discriminating an act from reality than I gave them credit for. In fact, they were all calling out for Schoolboy right from the start. And of course Sabrina tamed down the act a bit (not so much twitching, eye-rolling, and contortions on Monster and Tongues.) |
